Each service is governed by specific agreements, quotations, or project scopes.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Do not post, upload, or transmit any content that violates others’ rights or laws.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.s
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Storymonk’s website — including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and service marks — is the property of Storymonk or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
For ghostwriting clients:
Ownership of the final deliverable transfers only upon full payment and as defined in your agreement.
Until then, all drafts and preparatory materials remain Storymonk’s property.
5. Payment & Billing
Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice. We may withhold delivery of work or suspend services in case of non-payment or late payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Storymonk is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Delays or errors caused by third-party distributors or platforms
Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, India.
